The environment and the people that I work with are the greatest pillars of strength on improving as an individual and among the crowd. The business is tailored in a way that has the holistic approach of people growing together is the center of attraction and most importantly our Business Head Mr.Niketan Arvinth’s immense dedication towards the business and the way he is moulding us to be the better version in the business is the greatest learning that I will cherish forever ♾️.

My name is Annamalai. I joined this organization a couple of months ago. Historically, I have not been particularly interactive or extroverted, both personally and professionally. However, I have been inspired by Mr. Niketan Aravinth, the Managing Director of Maverick6. Witnessing his leadership in various aspects, I am proud to have him as my mentor in my career journey.

I am eager about the future days ahead, where our team will work diligently and manage operations effectively. I extend my gratitude to Mr. Niketan for this opportunity.

I am Lenin A, an Analyst in Human Resource Management from an IIM Kozhikode background. Coming from a middle-class family, I aspired to start my own startup. While working in IT as an HR professional, I realized my career aspirations diverged from my current role, prompting me to seek other opportunities. This led me to XURIOUS, where the mention of entrepreneurship in the company profile piqued my interest. Without hesitation, I attended the interview and was selected.

Initially, I was unsure of my role at XURIOUS, but I decided to trust the process. Witnessing the promotion of Niketan, the owner of MAVERICK6, inspired me. I am proud to say that I am now one of the leaders at MAVERICK6. Unbeknownst to me, I was honing my leadership skills, which became apparent when I began developing new leaders. This is something I have always wanted to do: nurture leaders who can eventually become my partners in my own company.

I am grateful to Tamil boss, Sailakshmi mam, and Niketan for believing in me and giving me the opportunity to be a part of this venture. My message to fellow hustlers is simple: dream big, strive for your dreams relentlessly, and continue until you achieve them.
